Wow, that was quite an absence. And so much has happened in the interim. I'll not go into too much depth, except to say that I'm now working as a courier for Power Couriers, which is an amazingly fun company to work for. I'm down under 90 kilo's now, and feeling rather fit. Next challenge, State Track Championships in December at Chandler. This will be fun, and I'll have a new track bike by then.
It's good to be back online, I think I will start updating this more regularly again. Keep riding everyone!
